We carried out a deep-dive analysis and produced technical documentation on an existing legacy Cisco on-site UC environment which transitioned into ongoing support and maintenance reducing downtime and increased security
We carried out custom enhancement configuration on an existing Cisco on-site telephone solution to enable customers to use call queuing and forwarding features
We provided Cathedral Properties with the ability to access IT experts by logging tickets through our centralised mobile app and cloud platform to serve the day-to-day IT needs
