We’re pleased to share that NetSec has been officially accredited as a Living Wage Employer by the Living Wage Foundation.

This means that every member of our team receives fair pay that reflects the real cost of living. It's a clear statement of our commitment to doing right by the people who power our business.

About the Living Wage movement

The Living Wage is a voluntary initiative backed by thousands of UK employers who believe that a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay. The rate is calculated independently each year to reflect the actual cost of essentials like food, housing and transport.

Over the years, the Living Wage campaign has helped improve pay for hundreds of thousands of workers across the country. It’s widely recognised as a benchmark for good employment practice, and a sign of a business that takes its social responsibilities seriously.

Over 460,000 employees have received pay rises thanks to the movement, boosting both individual and family wellbeing while putting billions back into the pockets of workers.

Why it matters to us

At NetSec, we’ve always believed that how we treat our team matters just as much as the services we deliver. Becoming an accredited Living Wage Employer reinforces that belief.

Fair pay supports wellbeing, builds trust, and reflects the values we want to champion as a business. It also helps us attract and retain talented people who share our commitment to high standards and long-term partnership.

Whether we’re providing expert cyber security, managing infrastructure or supporting clients day-to-day, we know that our people are central to everything we do. Ensuring they are fairly compensated is just one way we show our appreciation.

More than technology

Our business is built on strong relationships with clients, with partners, and with each other. Becoming a Living Wage Employer reflects our broader vision of a workplace grounded in respect, integrity and fairness.

We’re proud to have joined the movement and to stand alongside other employers raising standards across the UK.
