They are a British video game developer, renowned for being the highest-rated developers in the world.

We have been engaged to help support them with their digital transformation journey which includes upgrading their WAN using SD-WAN, upgrading their LAN through the use of cutting-edge high-performance networking, rollout of Network Access Control to provide a zero-trust role-based access architecture, along with improving resiliency across the estate.

The current challenges they face are due to the ever-increasing demands of the gaming industry. Performance is everything, and as games improve performance requirements increase year on year.

We often approach these challenges with businesses that execute a fast-paced acquisition strategy or embark on a high-scale growth journey. IT is often not the initial focus, and the challenges are introduced later in the journey, where it’s often too late.

It’s vital for this client that they have a secure and efficient environment to let their team build the biggest and best games in the world. Our partnership will allow them to scale more in the near future with reduced ongoing costs, provide flexibility to admin teams in being able to carry out maintenance on the infrastructure without impacting critical game development, and improve site-to-site connectivity to enable improved collaboration between development teams.
